Demand communication: Customers can explain their own needs in detail through telephone, online consultation or on-site visits, including business types (such as idle asset recovery, equipment procurement, project integration, etc.), specific requirements (such as asset specifications, equipment parameters, project goals, etc.), application scenarios and budget scope, etc. The company arranges professionals to conduct one-on-one communication, comprehensively record and confirm the details of the requirements.

2. Plan formulation According to customer needs, the company's relevant teams (technology, business, etc.) conduct analysis and discussion, and formulate targeted plans within the agreed time (based on business complexity, generally 2-15 working days), covering core elements such as service content, implementation plan, resource allocation, cost budget, etc., to ensure that the plan meets the actual needs of customers.

3. Plan confirmation The company reports the plan content to the customer in detail, including various details and expected results. Modify and optimize according to customer feedback, answer customer questions until the two parties reach an agreement on the content of the plan (such as service scope, price, cycle, etc.) and form a final confirmation plan.

4. The contract signing is based on the confirmation plan. The two parties sign a formal cooperation contract, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties, service standards, payment methods, delivery time, breach of contract liability and other key terms, to ensure that the cooperation process is legal, compliant and evidence-based.

5. Payment payment customers pay the corresponding amount (such as advance payment, deposit, etc.) according to the payment method and proportion agreed in the contract, and support bank transfer, online payment and other methods. After receiving the funds, the company will promptly issue relevant notes and start the follow-up service process.

6. The service implementation company organizes professional teams to carry out service implementation work in accordance with the contract and plan requirements. Including but not limited to specific links such as asset appraisal, equipment procurement, project construction, equipment installation and debugging, a dedicated person will be arranged to follow up throughout the process and regularly report the progress to customers.

7. After the acceptance and delivery service is implemented, the company invites customers to conduct on-site acceptance and conducts a comprehensive inspection in accordance with the acceptance standards agreed in the contract. After passing the acceptance, both parties will sign the acceptance confirmation documents, complete the delivery of service results, and hand over relevant technical information, bills, etc.

8. After the after-sales follow-up delivery is completed, the company will provide after-sales guarantee services in accordance with the contract, including technical support, maintenance, problem response, etc. Establish customer service files, visit customers regularly, solve problems that arise during use in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction.
